Stayed here for 3 nights. Location was great - we got the Roissybus from Charles de Gaulle Airport and it takes you directly to Rue Scribe, beside Opera, a couple of hundred yards from the Hotel. Staff very welcoming and informative and had good English and willing to use it. Room and ensuite very clean and comfortable. Heating and cooling... more

Close to Opera in a friendly area with restaurants, cafes and shops. In a quiet small rue. Global best western style with small hall, small rooms, narrow, dark passages to rooms, creaking floors. Breakfast is simple but OK. For a short business trip it is good but not for couples, romance, charme or authenticity. more

My second stay at BW L'Horset Opera in Paris was with equal enjoyment. My adult daughter accompanied me and we shared a twin room which could have been larger. However, it was equipped with comfortable beds, excellent AC and a shower/bath combination. Better ventilation in the bathroom, appropriate hair dryer, cooked breakfast and larger size room would have given this... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the beginning of June. I booked our standard room throught the Best Western website. We were very satisfied with our stay there and would recommend it because it's a well-run hotel with helpful staff, nice updated decor, and good location. We arrived on early Sunday morning after the red-eye over from... more

I conduct small tours for women and the Horset is my favorite: GREAT central location, marvelous staff, cozy charm, generous breakfasts, lovely little bar/snacks. Having checked out many others, this is THE one I love and return to again and again. Invisible & impeccable service, lovely rooms, run by a family committed to excellence. I return every year and love... more

Have been visiting this Hotel quite often and have been a regular since the 1st visit here. The location firstly deserves particular mention. The freindly Hotel staff deserve a special mention, they recognise you if you visit them again and make your check-in and check-out a breeze which. The breakfast spread is good and has a variety of options not... more

I have spent a wonderful week in this hotel. The hotel has a great location very close to Opera Garnier and Louvre. My room was very quiet, cozy and elegant, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I'll be happy to return to tjis hotel again. more

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife as part of our anniversary. I had wanted a small comfortable hotel that was well situated for seeing central Paris. Horest Opera was ideal. A nice small hotel tucked away on a quiet street just a few hundred feet away from the Opera House and the metro. 5-10 minute walk to the... more

I spend a couple of nights here on business. The rooms were painfully neat - if you have an eye for these things you would have noticed the high quality finishes and workmanship. The room was smallish but had everything one needs - I especially liked the safe that works with a credit card. Also very quiet. The staff was... more

Stayed here for four nights in December and was very impressed, especially for the price. All of the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean, modern and in full working order with a full sized safe and nice bathroom. The breakfast was good, as was the location. All in all the hotel deserves its four... more
