lobby, elevator, and room are all small.no bar, no restaurant, no pool, no anything! the door of shower can't be closed properly, so every time when someone is taking shower, water is all over the floor. it shouldn't be a 4-star hotel at all! but people are nice and friendly. More

Waldorf Madeleine was in a perfect location, the room spacious enough and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
