This hotel is in a great location, but it really needs a good cleaning. Breakfast is not included in the price. For the price you pay in Euro's breakfast really should be included. If you can tolerate a dirty room, then by all means stay here.

Modest place if one needs a jump off point to visit tourist spots and shop in Paris. Rooms are quite small, breakfast is simple, but receptionists are really helpful. The place has a quaint atmosphere, from the tiny, tiny elevator, to the circular staircase.
