We booked this hotel on the internet and got a confirmation. I called at about 7.00 PM to tell we would be arriving late. They said they had never heard of us. Good location with Metro station at the top of the street. The room we were in wasn't a big room, but was very clean and comfortable. The Reception staff were excellent and very helpful.
