I would have given a five star-rating if we weren't checked-in by a not-so-friendly receptionist. We weren't checked in until 2:30pm (waited for 1.5 hr at the lobby) and the receptionist didn't give us any update until we asked every 30 mins. Her attitude weren't great either. This is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. Not far from the Champs élysées and public transport. Very clean, with great facilities. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating with any requests we had. Amazing value for money, will definitely stay here next time in Paris!
