AIDA opera is one of the better hotels, of its class, I have stayed in Paris. Mentioning below the good and weak points: Good Points: Very good frontline staff (each one of them) Very spacious rooms Big bathtub and plenty of towels and toiletries thrown in My room was not a street facing one but I loved the view out... We stayed in the hotel last week. The location was very convenient - it was a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord/L'est with easy access to the rest of the city. The Paris bikes where close by and we used these all weekend to get around the city - it was excellent. When we checked in the guy on... More

My husband and I chose this hotel mainly swayed by the good reports on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed, having taken probably the most tortuous route to Rue Richer we were very pleased with the warm and helpful welcome. Our room was on the 6th floor and was as described in the hotel literature, it is clean, comfortable and spacious... More

Had a room on the top floor, very spacious. Very modern bathroom and very clean. Staff helpful. Super location - 12 minutes walk from Gare du Nord, Eurostar and CDG RER line. 15-20 minutes to Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette. Everywhere is very walkable from here. DIdn't have breakfast at the hotel, but many cafe's close by. For Starbucks fans... More

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the first was when it was a Best Western, this time it wasn't. The first time it was fantastic - we got a corner room and it was huge! This time we got a normal room as we were only staying for two nights. Small rooms but reasonable by... More

I don't know where to start!! I staid in many hotels in Paris and I really don't know what all below reviews are about. The horrible service, the horrible rooms... Thanks they had hot water and clean bed linen. Let me just start from beginning. We arrived early morning at 8am. Check-in at 3pm, check-out at 11am. When we came... More

Small hotel Under the best western brand. The location is a little out of the way. On the map the nearest metro is cadet. However it is more interesting to use the grand boulevard metro station as it has more cafes n supermarkets. Rooms are really tiny. Initially we were booked a triple rm but the rm was so small... An average place in my opinion. Rooms were small, beds were comfortable, AC worked but was noisy, shower was powerful and hot, free safe. Location was not slap bang in the centre, but was very convenient for Gare du Nord and easy into the main attractions. The area was fine, safe and quiet in the evenings. Free wifi. Didn't partake...
