The main rotating door was broken and permanently blocked. Frond desk staff was very unfriendly. Wifi only worked in lobby. Wouldn't retrieve mail on the iPhone. I had read the mixed reviews but decided to take a chance on this hotel as we were only staying one night. The room was absolutely tiny but you could live with it for a night. There is no service, forget about it. You are on your own. No air conditioning, no soap, loud street noises, no television stations in English, no washcloths (they even stole mine), troublesome elevator, out-of-sight mini bar, no plug adaptors, check out only when they want to, and the worst bedside reading light I could imagine.
