Well worth a visit. Close to the metro. Relaxing atmosphere. The room was a little small for a 2+1 family, but we were only sleeping in the room, so it was okay. The room had double blanket on the bed, but thats a personal reference.

Friendly staff and 24 hour reception. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Convenient location near to Gare du Lyon (which is why I chose it for a morning train) I had a 5th floor room - very quiet. Ok so it’s small but this is Paris. I would definitely stay again.

Good location, easy access to the main attractions in Paris via Gard du Lyon station. Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. Good powerful shower. In the room the facilities included a safe, fridge, ,hairdryer, free tissues, TV, air conditioning. The hotel has a lift and also provides luggage storage. There is a nice looking seating area and dining area which we did not use however. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again Disliked · Broken toilet seat - small issue and one night the shower was dripping for a while but then stopped later on

We had rather low expectations as the previous reviews were so bad. However we needed two rooms for four of us in our family. In total we paid £600 for 4 nights and we got two double rooms. We were really pleased with the hotel. During covid that they must have fully refurbish the whole place and it looks like a chic boutique hotel in an old building in the middle of La Bastille area which is really accessible and full of lovely inexpensive chilled out places to eat. Rooms had great air conditioning and necessary as it was middle of summer. Great views from floor five. Very clean and modern. Bathrooms were again new and modern. Towels and bedding clean and comfortable. Not too much space but we were in middle of Paris! Location could not be faulted as near M1 line as well as Gare de Lyon so easy to get to anywhere including airports Breakfast was included with our lastminute.com deal. It was lovely continental, looked good with nice pastries, coffee, cereal, fruits and eggs. All in all, great value fully refurbished hotel for a week in Paris

We stayed for a one night and it was great! The staff was really helpful and we were able to check-in as soon as we arrived around noon, which was a nice surprise. The decor of the hotel and the room was very scandinavian and minimalistisic which was great. The location was also good, just a few minutes from Gare de Lyon and it was really easy to travel there from the Charles de Gaulle with the RER/Metro and also to the main attractions. Would definitely visit again!

From the moment we walked in the welcome was exceptional. We will be back on Monday and hope to get room 203 again. The decor is very minimalist but everything has a place and a reason. Our room was immaculately cleaned . The location is excellent to go anywhere around Paris and beyond. Every member of staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you . Highly recommend!

This was one of the worse hotel experience I had. Hotel is cute, but the experience was horrible. It is not mentioned anywhere: they are not serving breakfast as usual, because of Covid. They literally hand you a mini paper bag with: 1x mini croissant, 1x mini pain au chocolate and 1x slice of baguette (yes, a slice). Downstairs only jam, chocolate + coffee machine. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When asked for another mini croissant, the staff member told me: if you want another one, go and buy it outside! As he was allowed only 1 per person. It was disgusting as I’ve paid for it! My sister was in a different room, same hotel; her room didn’t get cleaned for 2 days for no reason! (We also left a “please clean” sign on the door handle). The air conditioning was not working (in August with 28 degrees outside), no towels were changed, tv remote missing, toilet fan not working. I had to complain to finally have it done! Unacceptable. I would never recommend staying here and definitely I’ll never go back there!

I trusted their website and booked a prepaid non/refundable stay including breakfast. The hotel lobby and reception is under maintenance which means it’s a big mess and difficult to find the entrance. Industrial Laundry bags block the path to the elevator. The breakfast room was non-existent and under renovation. So the receptionist asked me to walk to their other property for breakfast the next morning. The room advertises complimentary drinking water but when I objected to the missing water I was told that the stock did not arrive today. Beware when traveling with luggage and you have to climb 3-4 steps even after coming out of the elevator in a narrow passage. The rooms are renovated and have a fresh feel to it but the misleading website / lack of information about the hotel being under renovation , no breakfast room and lack of advertised drinking water is a MAJOR disappointment. I could have booked without breakfast and eaten at a cafe but I booked with breakfast so I wouldn’t have to go out in the cold before starting my work day. Ideally in such scenarios the hotels provide in room breakfast service but that wasn’t offered here. The room was too cold and the heater was not working. Upon request the kind receptionist provided an additional heater and then it was Ok. Overall for the lack of basics and no information about the hotel renovation and no breakfast room, they should have given me a 50% discount minimum but they charged me in full. The receptionist was polite though. I have mixed feelings about this property and would probably consider another place to stay in the future due to the problems I faced.

Good hotel, nice, modern and clean. The hotel was being renovated when I visited in June and had a bit of a paint smell, but other than that, it was good. The hotel was located in the back streets so was quiet compared to the main streets near Gare De Lyon. The room was small, but enough for 1-2 people. The breakfast at the hotel was also good.
