The hotel staff was accomodating throughout our stay. Although our rooms were not ready on arrival, the staff stored our bags, kept us posted, permitted us to use the free internet as long as we wished, and got us checked-in by mid-afternoon, as is their stated policy. Over the last 2 years we have stayed in the hotel and most recently in one of their apartments. We lived like the French...shopping in the Rue Cler marketplace and eating in restaurants and our own apartment...just a block away from the hotel. We spent 5 nights here and loved every minute. The hotel is charming, comfortable and steps away from Rue Cler, a dining and shopping delight. All staff at the hotel were friendly and considerate. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the Eiffel Tower, loved the bathroom with tub and the free breakfast (thanks to Rick Steves) was awesome!
