I've stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my daughter. The hotel is in the La Defense location very close to the Grande Arche, CNIT and the shopping mall Les 4 Temps. The main problem are the outside stairs connecting between the hotel entrance (lobby) to the these mentioned locations which are in a higher area. The Metro station... more

We have stayed at Pullman La Défense twice and liked it both times. The second time was actually even better, as they learned to control the crowd for the breakfast buffet, so now there always is enough to eat and drink for everyone! This hotel has ruined my whole family's vacation experience. The staff (and manager) at the front desk were absolutely horrible to deal with. My mother had an accident the morning we arrived in Paris from a long haul flight. She slipped and fell in the Metro's escalator. If you are going to Paris as a tourist, my advice: stay closer to the heart of the city! This is great for the business traveler, not for those who want to sightsee. We got a bargain for this hotel through Priceline, and I figured since we are close to the metro we’ll be fine. This was not the case.... more

We've stayed at the Pulmann La Défense last week-end. The only negative you can say about this hotel, is that it is not really in the city center (but that can also be an advantage). Hotel very close to where I had to attend for work. Rooms comfortable, well equipped and clean. Food and bar prices very expensive. I thought I had discovered the most expensive pint of beer in Oslo, but the prices at the Pullman La Defense top that easily. more
