The service was bad, breakfast room service 1 hour late, hotel guy entered in the room without knocking on the door, the shuttle was late and forgot to stop at our airport terminal - we almost missed our plane! The rooms are old but clean. We have to pay to get internet. Next time, we'll go to a budget hotel... more

Big clean rooms comfortable beds, free frequent shuttle bus to airport, near train station, free shuttle bus to Paris which leaves at 10am returning 8pm. Restaurant disappointing poor service (not enough staff) terrible food, breakfast not great. more

Checked in at midnight with a busload of tourists. Got a great deal on Priceline. They preassigned us toi a room with no airconditioning and rather dingy. After complaininging, the moved us to a similar room with bad view. Could not open windowsfro fresh air, but at least air conditioner worked. These were obviously budget rooms in bad locations. We had booked two rooms at this hotel and had specifically chosen it due to its proximity to the Expo, as we were attending an event there. Absolutely horrible frontdesk "sevice" if you want to call it that. I wait for 20 minutes on an international call for them to even pick up, and then they were rude. If their frontdesk service says anything about the hotel, then this is one is horrible. more
