We enjoyed our stay on the front end of our trip and the end. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. If you intend to use the bar it is expensive. Cost 25 E for a vodka and tonic which I felt was rather rich for a small shot.

We've stayed at the Pont Royal five or six times. Walking in, it's like coming home. It's very well located, steps from Musee D'Orsay and a block from a Metro stop. Staff is very helpful, but also not "corporate".They have recently upgraded the in room electrical system, so lots more outlets.
