Yes the rothwieller is still in the dining area !. ( other reviews mentioning her are so accurate so read them as I cannot add anymore) When we pulled up outside in the taxi i immediately appologised to my spouse for bringing her to the Paris slum's . ( I think she thought i was trying to break-up with her... more

Stayed with my wife for 2 nights having booked before reading reviews. Yes. there was still some interuior restoratiojn going on but not a disturbance to us. The Rotweiler turned out to be a delightful young lady who was trying to ensure that all guests got a croissant. ( some guests tried to fill their plates with them). Breakfast was... more

The reviews by taff54 and lorrainefd are correct so I won't repeat them. The other reviews I don't agree with though. However be aware that the entire hotel is a building site and you pass the painters etc as you leave in the morning. The street outside is also a building site that starts work at 7.30 am! The hotel... more

This hotel was in a very unsafe area, lots of unsavoury people around. The hotel on first arrival looked good, it went down hill very fast. the room was small, though clean, no tea/coffee making facilities, bed was small cramp like very uncomfortable. Breakfast although was advertise as continetal, this failed to reach that mark, food very sparse, dining room... more

We spent four nights in this hotel two weeks ago. Having only read these reviews after we had booked a cheap Eurostar package, we were very concerned about the cleanliness of this hotel. On arrival we were relieved to find our room adequate & bedding clean. The room & bathroom were very shabby & needed a good paint & tidy... more

We stayed there for our 18 month anniversary and were sorely disappointed. The staff were typically French, the room we were staying in was a box room (and we were staying for 3 days), the room smelt of urine, the towels smelt musty, there was mold on the walls and curtains, the lift was literally right near our heads so... more

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. the room was tiny, the bed was a simple bit of foam on top of wood and the bathroom was an absolute disgrace. The shower had broken tiles throughout and the toilet seat had a huge crack in it that you had to be really careful of. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL it is awful... more

we booked through lastminute.com before checking out the reviews for this hotel. We weren't expecting very much from it. However, we arrived, the situation was great- on the doorstep of La Chapel metro. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! There weren't any decent restaurants in the immediate vicinity but that didn't matter as the transport links were so... more
