Oh Gosh. I want to write something positive. We had nothing stolen nor were we attacked. Nothing else positive doesnt come to mind. Very rude service, very unpleasant and unfriendly. We booked a quad room but ended up with a double and twin. Room 504, the double, had the windows open when we got to the room but that could not hide the terrible smells within the room. Both rooms were very small - to be expected in Paris but they were both smelly and very cramped. more
