We just stayed at the Hotel Saint Anne for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to see. My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at Hotel Louvre Sainte Anne. I am in a wheelchair and needed a room with an accessible bathroom and a shower, something quite rare in Paris. If you have never stayed in a hotel in Paris before, you must adjust your expectations when comparing Paris hotels to most hotels in The States, etc. The rooms are very small. I'm sure this hotel is also good for couples or groups, but I would particularly recommend it for solo female travellers. I chose it for its proximity to the Opera, and felt very safe coming back on foot late at night. The room was adequate, bathroom a little small but again that's not a problem if you're on your own.... more
