when discussing hotels in Paris You have to be aware that the price level is high. Also You can not rely o the the stars. Some 4 star hotels are really a joke, and 2 stars in Paris mean "rat free". The best thing about this hotel is its central location and a reasonable breakfast. Its decor is fading and the rooms are small and in early July the airconditioning was noisy and totally ineffective in the hot conditions. Hardly slept a wink. More
