It's everything we hoped it would be! I don't have much to add to everyone else's positive review except that I wholeheartedly agree. This is a wonderful European hotel. Having travelled all over Europe, this is one of my favorites. With it's charming rooms, comfy beds, good air conditioning, reasonably priced minibars, and helpful/quirky english speaking staff, this is a... more

We travelled to Paris to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, and chose to stay at the Duquesne based on other reviews we had read about the Hotel. It certainly lived up to our expectations. We arrived at 9am, when check-in is at 2pm. Lucie was really helpful when we arrived, we were able to leave our bags with her, and she... more

Wow - where to start? It is an excellent hotel, and the best value hotel I have used in Paris. I've been visiting Paris for 20 years and this is the best hotel (but not the most expensie) I've stayed in. Excellent location in a pleasant, quiet but very central area. Close to metro, but you can walk to many... more

We loved being so close to the Eiffel Tower. We had 2 nights in Paris with our 4 year old son and just wanted to be near a place he'd hopefully remember. The hotel was very comfortable and we had a corner room on the second floor that was a nice size, We had booked a double superior room and... more

We booked this hotel after reading reviews from the Trip Advisor website, especially from families. We stayed with a three year old and a 7 month old in a cot as well as seven pieces of luggage, so although we were a bit cramped, that was largely due to our circumstances. The room was just beautiful with a very comfy... more

We stayed for only two nights and we knew we had to make every moment count. The location was perfect for this. We walked almost everywhere and when we needed to motivate our 9 year old we jumped on the subway (Metro). The room was very comfortable and large for european standards. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We came... more

Hotel was very, very good. We (sister, daughter and myself) booked a triple, hoping we would be assigned the room with the view of the Eiffel Tower, as others have stated in their reviews, but we were not. Instead we were assigned two connecting rooms. They were very nice, the beds were soooo comfortable. Subway was close. Lucie was great.... more

Hello, First of all, I want to specify that triple rooms don't have any view. In the past , we used to add one more beds in the rooms facing the Eiffel Tower but for security reasons, we are not allowed to do it anymore. Second of all, it is important also that you wrote down about the night receptionists....

I just completed an 11 night stay at this hotel (business and vacation mixed.) Having been to Paris three times previously, I have decided that nowhere could be better than the Hotel Duquesne Eiffel in the 7th Arr. (neighborhood area). I read a lot of reviews on Trip Advisor and decided this time on the Hotel Duquesne Eiffel--and I didn't... more

Having trawled many websites looking for the perfect hotel for our silver wedding anniversary celebrations we happened upon Duquesne Eiffel Paris. We booked a Superior room for 5 nights and had a fantastic stay. Lucie was very helpful and the room was spotless – they were just renovated. We enjoyed the balcony and, an added bonus, the subway station was... more

My wife and I stayed at the Duquesne Eiffel for 4 nights in May 2008. The staff is very friendly, spoke multiple languages, and seemed willing to help with just about anything. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and decent size for Paris. The staff alone would make this a good choice, but we also loved the location. It is... more
