I brought a friend to Paris who had never been there before so I was looking for a great location at an affordable price. I had been to Paris before myself and experienced other hotels. Hotel Brighton was a fabulous experience! We stayed in Room 409 which was a prestige room with 2 balconies with a view and a large... more

I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller for a single night's stay in August. My first impressions of the hotel were great, the lobby was lovely and the location fantastic. Unfortunately, I found the male member of staff on the front desk to be both abrupt and rather dismissive upon check-in. (When I checked out the following day... more

I recently stayed at the Hotel Brighton for 3 nights and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for either location, comfort and service. As I was travelling alone, I was conscience of where I was going to be staying as I didn't want to travel through any quiet side roads making my way back to my... more

First, let me say that this hotel was a direct result of research on tripadvisor.com. The location is unbeatable, the staff very helpful and friendly, the rooms are large and beds comfortable. The metro stop (line 1) is across the street. We went there with our two children and stayed in a courtyard apartment and stayed for four nights. Two... more

My husband and I lived in Paris for two years, so when we go back we usually stay in apartments. This time, we had only two nights so decided to stay in a hotel. The Brighton has been recommended to me and I had inspected it when I lived in Paris, so knew exactly what to expect. It really is... more

I saw a review of this hotel in National Geographic and it looked perfect for a short stay in Paris. I was concerned by the number of comments about the unhelpful staff and decided to risk it seeing as our stay was short. However, I wanted to write a review to say that the staff at this hotel were great.... more

Our family stayed at the Hotel Brighton for 4 nights in a junior suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the Tulierie Gardens. I would highly recommend a room with a balcony as you can walk onto the balcony (though it is very narrow) and see the Louvre (across the street), Eiffel Tower in the distance and as... more

This is a small hotel in a fabulous location! It's right on the Rue de Rivoli next to some of the best hotels in Paris. The rooms are very nice recently redone, and the bathrooms have been recently redone as well. The only drawback is that the shower is hand held. The tubs are very nice though and, with a... more

I came across this hotel in National Geographic Traveler which cited it as best value in Paris and your other reviewers seconded it. Very happy camper. Hotel is perfectly located and rooms are totally quiet even thought the hotel overlooks a busy street; I took a Junior Suite which was very good. No amenity that I needed wasn't there. I... more

The Brighton is decently priced for Paris (I paid EUR 200), clean, bordering on charming and very well located for cultural pursuits. The rooms facing the Rue de Rivoli have a fantastic view (at least in the upper floors): Tuileries, Eiffel tower. If you want to sleep with the windows opened these rooms are naturally noisier as they are facing... more
