Nice little hotel, quiet and clean. Not in the best of areas, but we had no problems at all. Really handy for gare du nord and gare du est stations and easy to walk down the main parts of paris as well. The rooms are very small- tiny in fact but are clean and secure. I thought this hotel was great. It is incredibly convenient to Gare L'Est, and I thought the neighborhood was very safe. If you walk a bit past the hotel there are a bunch of upscale bars and restaurants and a nice bakery (down the street a bit on your right).
