On arriving at this hotel we were disappointed to discover that it did not match what was advertised on the website, and also what I would consider worthy of 3 stars. I was not bothered that the advertised mini var was absent, and could cope with the lack of sound proofing for just 3 nights. However my partner and I... more

we found the Hotel Murat to be perfectly adequate for a weekend in Paris and was good value for the price paid. Some rooms were on the small side but all were comfortable & clean & the fridge was a welcome addition - we too did not have enough towels but just asked & were given some more so not... more

Interesting little hotel with just four rooms on each of seven(?) floors. Room and breakfast both just about adequate - but only just! Must've struggled for the 3rd star of its 3-star rating. Really depends on what you're expecting / wanting. We were in Paris for 3 nights and were out and about all day so were really just using... more

I was a little worried about the stay after reading some of the reviews however it was conveniently placed and fairly close to the parking at St Cloud. Yes the lift was very small - just big enough for myself and my mother-in-law but got us to our floor so who cares. The staff were friendly and so was the... more

Our 3 night stay in Hotel Murat in November is so terrible. In the first night, we found the heater did not work and the staff on duty said that it was late and he will ask his colleguage (in the morning shift) to find technician tommorrow to fix it. We have to sleep in the cold room for the... more

First of all, let me "introduce" myself so that you can totally understand my review: I'm a Spanish student (sorry in advance for the mistakes I'm bound to make in this writing), and love travelling (with my boyfriend, always). I have travelled quite a lot, in Spain, Andorra, Portugal and France, although always taking good care about my money. Now... more

My husband and myself have just spent three nights at the hotel.  We found the staff were friendly (except for the lady serving breakfast).   The reception and dining area were OK but the rest of the hotel would benefit from a very good deep clean, especially the bathroom and the room carpet round the edges.   The lift is very small... more

I go to Paris once a year with my Mother to the Roland Garros Tennis tournament. We chose this hotel this year because it's close to the stadium and we just need a place to rest our heads. On arrival we had to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes before anybody came. This was at 5pm Paris time and... more

We were a little worried about staying at the hotel after reading the reviews but we needn't have worried. The hotel is ideally situated about a two minute walk from the metro at Porte st Cloude. There are quite a few eating places around and it took us about 40 minutes to walk along the Seine to the Eiffel tower.... more
