Although we'd been prepared for a small room, this room was MINUSCULE - requiring negotiation with the other person to get in and out of the bathroom. The confirmation from the hotel mentioned we'd be overlooking a 'charming courtyard', which turned out to be an airshaft with the opposite wall painted to look like a bird in a trellis.
