THe hotel is really cozy, the roomas are really clean, the staff are very nice, and the location is the best in the center of Paris. more

The Select Hotel next to the Sorbonne is an awesome place that I highly recommend. My wife, our baby son and I went to Paris with a booking at a B&B - as soon as we got there we realized that it was a downright dive and unliveable. Got on the internet and found a reasonable deal at the Hotel... more
The first room we were given was tiny (only bed plus minimal walking space, but did have shower)...but we asked if a larger one was available and the front door staff were happy to give us a little bigger room. The second room was much better and didn't feel quiet as claustraphobic. Breakfast was ok...more variety would have been nice...some... more
Nice room although a bit small. Good service and breakfast at buffet. Totally refurbished in an elegant but modern stay. Astonishing position: from my windows I could see the Sorbonne and the rooftops of Paris! more
Really nice hotel, casual and laid back. Good, substantial breakfasts included, fairly quiet for a busy part of Paris (Latin Quarter), close to all travel links, close to eateries (budget to expensive), close to all major attractions, a central place. Excellent, compact and good quality hotel located a 5 minute walk from the Metro and RER Line B..The immediate area is not to touristy and located in a fairly quite square with bars and a good variety of places to eat and shop nearby. more
This is a good hotel in a great location, literally right next to the Sorbonne, within 5 minutes of two metro stations, a couple more minutes up the hill at you're at the Luxemburg Gardens (worth a visit) and 10 minutes down the hill and you're at Notre Dame and the Seine. This is a small, quiet hotel in an excellent location near the Sorbonne in the Latin Quarter. There are bars/restaurants next door to the hotel which is very handy, and Notre Dame, the Louvre and other sights are only a short stroll away. The Metro is also near by.
