Very important, view the room before paying (they will ask you to pay upon arrivial). I paid Euro 70 for a double room, so the place is NOT cheap. I was in room 805 on the top floor. When you entered the room, you had the toilet and shower INSIDE the room, not in a separate room !!!! There were... more

...which we used to read the tripadvisor reviews 30min too late. This hotel was booked by a family member as one stop on a larger trip for my group. When we arrived we could not believe the deplorable conditions and decided to check out the reviews. The titles of the most recent reviews said it well "worst hotel ever" "don't... more

I stayed in this terrible hotel for 1 night in dec 2008. The reception was very unfriendley and unhelpful. We got out of the lift to see a dim hallway and after we opened the door we saw the untidy room which had not been clean up (bed not made, things on the floof, stinks) after the previous guest, we... more

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The room stank of cigarette smoke despite the fact it was supposed to be a non-smoking room; burn holes in bedspread; big stains on wall paper and carpet and bedspread; broken beside drawer; broken toilet seat- despite being reported twice in two days to front desk, nothing was done about it; electrical system... more

- VERY UNFRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST Upon arrival in the morning we came across the 'manager' of this hotel and he was very impolite and rude. After we saw the room condition and we went back downstairs to make a complain, the reply he gave was: no rooms, you didnt request for a new room, for the price you paid? No Way!... more

I didn't actually stay the night it was so bad! The receptionist didn't even say one word to me - just grunted. The windows didn't lock, the bathroom was dirty and the bed had grey sheets on it. The other guests checking in when I arrived had all their possessions in clear plastic bin liners. I took one look at... more

My mother and I booked in for an overnight stay en route to our destination. Our instructions were to have a cot available for our toddler. Upon arrival, we were informed that no cot was available and the room was too small to accomodate it anyway, so we had to make do with putting bedding on the floor (which we... more

It was very disappointing to arrive in Paris and be given room 809. The hotel had a "complet" sign out the front and my husband, who had a very bad cold" did not want to make a fuss. Let me tell you about the room. No light to open the door. A toilet door (public) was to the left of... more
