Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The location of hotel is the only best point cause you have the access to metro and city center most of all Hussman street and Pegal easily, but the hotel alone doesn't have any points to add here no aircondition and no mini bar. one more thing I have to add there are some restaurants around its area.

When I first entered it, I was a bit surprised by its size. Everything is tiny. The receptionists speak several languages. Their English is fluent. I had a room on the 2nd floor. The lift is only for 2 people. Rooms are locked by a card. There is a safe deposit box, a wardrobe, a lamp, 2 glasses, an electic kettle, and a chair in this room. I booked a single room, but they offered me a double one. It had 2 beds placed together. The room was a bit old, but relatively clean and neat. The view from the room was awful. You can see a photo below. On the plus side is the room service. Towels were changed every day. Although dust wasn't wiped well. It also smells stuffy with some mixture of other smells in the room. The breakfast was very basic. Croissants, pastry/ jam/ yogurt/ tea/ milk/kakao/juice /water. The location of the hotel is its best advantage. It's a 1 minute walk from Gare Saint Lazare metro station and a 10 minute walk to the Opera Garnier. You can also enjoy your 20 minute walk to Monmarte. I wouldn't recommend it to people, who dislike narrow rooms and proper breakfast.

The hotel is in desperate need for renovation. Furniture, bathroom equipment, carpets ... to mention just few. They try hard to keep the place clean, the receptionist being very polite and even apologizing for poor WiFi, explaining it by the fact that the hotel is fully booked. Yet all this gets overridden by the old, scratched and over-amortized equipment, while the hotel management is still charging price of €195 per night. Not worth the money!

I stayed here with a friend for 3 days, the rooms are very basic but fairly clean and to be honest we only really used it to sleep in. Breakfast is basic (croissants and coffee) but that was fine for us. Only issue was that we stayed here over the heat wave (43°C) and there was NO air conditioning so we had some very hot nights. Would reccomedn if you are looking for somewhere cheap but want to see the city (Pics are area near us)

I booked with Gala hotels few nights in this small hotel, unfortunately this hotel platform went bankrupt(so don t book) and my room was cancelled without notice. I realized this when I got to Barcellona where the same thing had happened,so I called the hotel and they confirmed me the happening but tney also told me that they were fully booked and no rooms were available. So that could be understandible. I anyway passed by the hotel to collect infos or email sent by Gala or so in order to have proof that I had been frauded... But nothing the manager with his poor english denied me my request and he also answered in a bad way to my request..where with printed email I could try to get some money back.. So i guess he can t handle sitiations and he can t really be helpfull with people. Ele

I spent one week with my wife in this hotel and we only have positive comments and impressions. Its a hotel very affordable with very clean rooms, decent breakfast and a great and friendly staff (special mention to Amine, he is a great professional that helped us a lot there at reception). Its very much well located - you can reach out the main touristic attractions on the city by walking from there, and in front of the hotel it is the "gare saint lazare" that can take you easily to Disney and Versailles. The neighborhood is all time safe with good parisian cafes around. I also would like to point out that the staff exchanged towels, made the bed and cleaned the room each day, passing to the room the impression like if "we just arrive". Finally, I would complete this review saying that the bad reviews are unfair, my wife and I read a lot before stay there and we were very concerned about their service quality, but as we paid through a travel agency we decided to take our chances, even so we built a plan B with resevervations elsewhere, however we find out that the hotel in the end overcame our expectations.

I made my reservation through lastminute.com ( I have used lastminute 100x before and never had a problem).. So when I got at the hotel reception I gave my name and said I had a reservation.. receptionist took my passport and asked me for my voucher, I said I didnt have one and that I had made the reservation through lastminute and that everything was paid already. I showed him my reservation. He said he hasnt received any payment, and that my didnt have anything under my name, that they didnt work with lastminute and just handed back my passport and started to talk to someone else. I called lastminute (internacional call) had to wait 23minutes to get hold of them.. the receptionist was just there , with a sarcastic smile and looking at his computer and doing nothing to help me.. When i finally got hold of lastminute they said on the phone: did you show them your booking confirmation.. I said: of course I did .. That is when the receptionist say (after a 25min international call): What is ur name again?? I said: I just gave you my passport, you took a copy of it, my name was there!!! He say: oh yes i found it.. So i looked at him and said: ohhh after I stand here for 25min you found it?? He said: yes, you told me 2 nights, but it is only 1 night ( I didnt say that, I said one night).. and then he gave me the keys WITHOUT EVEN SAY IM SORRY!!!!! and the wifi there is also terrible, would work on the second floor. b

Stayed 2 nights for a pre-Christmas shopping trip. Great location right next Galeries Lafayette and Opera. Quiet and tidy. Friendly staff. We also had lunch before leaving. Would recommend and will come back for sure.

I give this place 2 stars because of the good location. The rooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable. Our safe box and hair drier was not working. The receptionists was polite and helpful when asked something.
