Grqnd Hotel Turin on Rue Victor Massey is inexpensve and therein lays the crux of your stay. This is a hotel without either character, art or or charm. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, fantastic position, near metros,etc. Took 2 teenagers who went to concert at La Cigale which was just around the corner, up the hill. If you don't expect too much, I would recommend this hotel. more
