5 minutes walk from Montparnasse station. Cheap bike hire around the corner. Perfectly acceptable night between trains, but nothing special. Rather small room, tiny toilet (I'm slim and had to rest my elbows on the sink!). Lift does not go all the way to the top rooms, so check location of room if you have heavy luggage.
