The hotel is located near Place d'Italie. It is a simple hotel. It is clean, the bathroom is fine and the breakfast (no buffet, everything is fixed) is good enough. Bathroom amenities available. It is OK if you travel alone for brief periods and you do not have special needs. No elevator.

The rooms were very small and old fashioned. Had a creepy look. Location of the hotel is good, but nothing else. Breakfast is not offered at all, and they charge 83 euros/night. As we were two ladies travelling together we made sure we had booked a twin room for the night we were staying. We had paid 90 euros for the room through booking.com. At around 70 euros a night, in a fairly good location, cannot complain. Decent clean rooms, very basic bathrooms but clean and efficient. Basic no-frills or thrills. If you don't want to spend much and just looking for basic accomodation then this ticks the box.

We stayed in Neptune hotel for 3 nights and we were quite happy with everything. The room was small, modest and not particularly modern in design, but looked exactly as the photos posted on their website so no surprises.
