Here are the positives--great location, excellent staff, adequate rooms and nice continental breakfast. Small, bare rooms.Very clean although a bit decrepit. Friendly staff. Small but efficient elevator. No restaurant, but many nearby (and a simple breakfast is provided in room on a tray for 9 Euros pp). French TV only. Very close to Metro station. Warm (but not hot) water in shower. The Hotel is nice, our room was at the 6th floor of 7, so we had the balcony directly on the little street were it is located, right opposite to the louis vuitton boutique!
