I stayed for 3 nights and was very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the hotel. It's in a great location, within easy walking distance of most of the sights I wanted to see and in a vibrant community. The staff were very helpful and (thankfully!) all spoke fluent English. Hotel Molay is located in the Marais neighborhood, which offers plenty of nice cafes and grocery stores. Metro station is also nearby, so you can get around the city very easily. In terms of walking, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame and other centrally located sites. The hotel staff is very friendly and spoke English.... more

Hotel is situated in the fashionable area of Marais and is very near some of the smaller museums (Picasso 10 mins away). Nice quiet street with shops and cafes nearby. near but not directly in gay area. close to gare du nord- 20 mins in taxi. check in and out quick and friendly. hotel is not big- public areas bright... more

Stayed at hotel for 5 nights. The room was clean,small and a good homey feeling. Had a comfortable double bed, shared with wife. Baby crib for infant was good as one from home. Newer remodeled bath with standup shower. No tub in ours but my brothers staying in another room had a jacuzzi tub/shower. Windows were pretty much sound proof.... more

The hotel room was tiny, the bathroom was musty and the bedding had fleas. Was unaware at the time what flea bites looked like, but was bitten all over the feet, toes and ankles during the nights I stayed at the Molay. more

Molay is a great small hotel and I will definitely plan on staying there the next time I visit Paris. It is within walking distance to all the wonderful attractions. and the Metro. The rooms are small but they are very cute and clean! And the bathrooms are wonderful. Don't let the small rooms put you off - you'll hardly... more

Excellent little hotel, this was not the hotel that we booked but got upgraded to here, room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The continental breakfast was ok, (lack of english tea and don't bother to hard boil an egg unless you have all day). Didn't know it had a gym etc, staff were freindly, a very gay friendly hotel.... more
