Yes, the rooms are kinda small, but we knew that upfront and everything else was more then we hoped for. While they claim that the rooms are air-conditioned, the air-conditioning is not turned on and the heat is stifling. All that happens is that stale air gets recycled. We needed an overnight stay in Paris while en route to London. There was NO AVAILABILITY in the entire city of Paris. A friend was able to find this place for 99 euro. It is clean enough. This is a smashing little hotel in a great area that feels really safe. I've stayed here four times and have no complaints Ok, so the rooms are pretty miniscule.
