Five of us stayed in this small hotel last week and found it to be as advertised. Excellent value for money, clean rooms and friendly staff. Cheap at the price and would recommend to anybody looking for a cheap getaway. more

This hotel is ideal for the traveller on a budget. Its location is excellent, being not even a ten minute walk from the Moulin Rouge and very close to a metro station (St George). it was just okay!! carpets were very stained and it felt gooie.. bathroom so tiny, you couldnt even swing a cat in there..but location wise kool! if your into pigalle and Moulin Rouge and all that it has to offer! have to say its a pretty area in all sences.. more

I stayed in La Bruyère for three nights in March 2006. Whilst -for this price- the size of the room and the bathroom was fine, the breakfast OK, there was one very nasty surprise: bed bugs. I got bitten about 120 times and at the end of my stay was covered in red spots on my face and upper body.... more

The room was clean, but the bathroon was ridiculously narrow. I found it difficult to use the WC without getting stuck! The noise from the street was apalling, and we had to keep the windows shut on a hot June night to keep the noise out. The hot water system broke down, and I had to argue with the managment... more
