My wife loves boutiquy hotels with great design. This one hits the nail. Decor really takes you to a different world. Great bar at night too. Restaurant is a bit overpriced and fusion to my taste but still quite nice. Main drawback is location... Not quite central! Overall I'd stay there again. more

I nearly did not stay at this hotel having read the previous reviews but thank god I did having spoken to someone who had personally stayed. I stayed for 2 nights in a double deluxe queen. The first thing to state is that this hotel will not be suitable for all persons. If you are middle aged; a couple seeking... more

Tried to be cool with colour-changing lights and crystal-studded elevators (!?) but actually came across as a bit naff and 90s. On closer inspection was actually a bit shabby (shower head hanging off and traces of mildew round the bath) and the basics poorly exectuted (5 towels each but no slippers, empty boxes where toiletries should be, poor picture on... more

Definitely not the best hotel in the area. I was very disappointed with the service and the overall value. I don't have any plans of coming back to this hotel when I return to Paris. more

My sister and I stayed for one night on Valentine's Day and we enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is in the best area of Paris and the rooms are luxurious, spacious and quiet. In particular, we were impressed with the responsiveness and politeness of the service. We will come back! more

1. It smelled horrible - like rotten food. 2. The rooms were totally Ibiza '96. Tacky to the enth degree. 3. The service was so-so-nothing to really complain about but nothing to praise either. 4. The shower was dirty. Had to call housekeeping to come and deal. 5. No iron. Hello? I'm in Paris, I'd like to iron my evening... more

I stayed here for one night. The location is pretty good. The hotel is a few minutes stroll from the Marais and though on a busy street nice and quiet. It is though one of the silliest hotels I have stayed in. There is a small reception. After check-in you are escorted to your room. You have no choice as... more

The room was dingy, but unfortunately not dingy enough to spot the stained, grubby carpet. Breakfast service was surly and definitely not worth €32 a head. No wonder we were the only people there. The room above had a leak which came through our wardrobe soaking everything. We were offered free lunch as recompense but declined. The only half decent... more

There are a lot of conflicting opinions on this property. I think the best way to think about this property is that it is entertaining (i.e., fun design, biometric entry, etc.) but it isn't particularly comfortable and is very expensive for what you get. The best thing about this property is its proximity to the Marais area. The worst thing... more

The place is very small, the rooms are small and it is incredibly dark, dirty and smells terrible! Our bathroom constantly smelt of smoke, the lift always smelt of bad food, the room had a glass bedside table which had a corner that had broken off so sharp broken glass was exposed. The shower fell apart when we used it.... more
