I know this hotel as the Hotel D'Orsay at 91 rue de Lille; it was originally two hotels - the Solferino and the D'Orsay which were combined a number of years ago and went under the name D'Orsay. It is a wonderful hotel (not all rooms are equal) on the Left Bank a step away from the Orsay museum. If they have changed their name again it will obviously cause some confusion with guests + your readers. The location is not central, but I stayed there often because it is a serene, trouble free hotel with attractive rooms, nice bathrooms, great staff and is not in a noisy/commercial neighbourhood. Though there is a metro stop close by, you can easily walk across the nearby bridge to the Place de la Concorde where everything is in reach. Last stayed in 2002 and am trying to book again.
