“Reservation non effective”

The reservation didn't work, the staff is very nice, found us a room (but it hadn't been cleaned up so gave us anorher room), a secured parking lot pretty close cost 12 euros per 24h! staff available 24h/24h!!

I stayed here with my sister and although nothing was necessarily wrong, we weren't exactly pleased with this hotel. The staff were welcoming. The room was fine. It was clean, as was the bathroom. We stayed there for 2 nights.Free Wifi and Warm room.Receptionist speak fluent english and very friendly.They will help you how to get around Paris. 10 minutes walked to the Crimee Metro Station,very handy to go everywhere.
