We stayed at this hotel and it was terrible. Our room was dirty, there were bread crumbs on the night stands, there was a needle on the cover of the bed and there was hair inside it. Hotel de Roubaix has clean rooms with in room shower and toilet. Old fashioned and very European. No air conditioning, but we've been in June, July and August and found opening the windows made us comfortable. We've travelled with children from babies to teenagers and they are very family friendly. The owner and staff are generally extremely gracious and helpful.... more
