On first sight this appears a great little hotel in an excellent location (just behind the Opera House at Bastille) unfortunately first appearances can be very deceptive. The hotel is an in-city hotel. Location is god for visiting Paris (3 Metro stations Notre Dame). My rate would have been appropriate if the quality of the hotel would have been.
