This hotel was just awful. If Dirty, small rooms. Walls are very thing, so it's a noisy place. Dear Guest, I apologise for this misunderstanding. The manager of the hotel is not in front of the hotel Pavillon Opera Lafayette. But that day, there were in the street and they see you entering the hotel with food. Nobody see you in your room. Best Regards. The reception.
The experience with this hotel didn't start off very well when trying to figure out the best route from Gare Du Nord to here, with a very basic recommendation of Cadet metro station with no further directions, no maps, nothing. Staying at this hotel has left me with a contagious infection unable to leave my house, go to work or see anyone. My partner and I had chosen to spend 2 nights in a disneyland hotel and 3 nights in Paris for some culture. Dear Guest, First of all we apologise for the inconvenient during your stay. The hotel Pavillon opera Lafayette doesn't have any problem of cleanness. The bugs are in most case bring by the traveller during there stay in our hotel. Anyhow, we had resolved this problem in the room. Best regards. The manager.
Just returned from a lovely three nights stay in Paris – the hotel is ideally located about 15 minutes walk from the Gard du Nord and about 15 minutes walk to Montmartre. As with previous reviews, couldn't fault the reception staff as they were charming and helpful, and the (clearly redecorated) lobby promised a clean, well run two star.
