I found this small family hotel via TA. Its only 26rms and under some construction in the hallway . Not a problem if you sightseeing all during the day. The rooms though, are quiet, nicely done. This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it was a great find. It's located near the Arc de Trimphe, and a short metro ride away from the Eiffel Tower. We stayed 5 nights at the end of April and were thourghlyl pleased. First the bad news, the hotel could use new carpet and a better shower. The rooms aren’t sound proof as each floor was a separate apartment that has been divided into 6 rooms. The good news is the excellent location, great price and size of the room.... more
