This is a very nice little hotel, located in the Quartier Latin area, close to Boulevard St. Germain. The hotel has been recently refurbished, so the rooms are brand new and up to date with current trends in interior design. It's true they're small, but you won't feel uncomfortable. The staff is friendly, although the hotel doesn't offer a lot... more

Our room was recently renovated and was tiny but nice. Worse part was the noisy overflow crowd from a bar a few doors away - It went on until 5:30 AM! It was a Friday night so maybe not so bad during the week. A few other minor aggravations - no hair dryer in room (available at front desk), no... more

A group of 6 of us stayed in Villa des princes for three nights. It is a perfect hotel. Great location just 3 mins walk from the metro stop Odeon. The rooms are small (it`s a Paris thing), but the higher you go the larger the room. The rooms are very clean and lovely decor the whole hotel is very... more

I stayed here in October, and was very pleased. This is a budget hotel, so one should not be surprised that it's not the Ritz. The rooms will be small. Read any guide book to Paris, and you'll find out most hotel rooms in Paris are small, especially in a hotel converted from a 17 century home. I think if... more

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this quaint little hotel that exuded the the charm of its location, the Latin Quartier. It is close to a feast of galleries for those who might be interested in purchasing some fabulous art, not to mention a short stroll to the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame. Our room on the 3rd... more

The location is fantastic, in the heart of central Paris (you can walk the Louvre in 15 minutes, and there are good cafes, restaurants and food shops in the neighbourhood). The hotel rooms, however, run the gamut from so-so to terrible. When we arrived, my aged parents were put in a double room on the top floor, in adequate condition... more

I stayed in this tiny "hotel de charme" with friends. Hotel building was built under Louis III in 17th century and it is the former home of princes of Condé. There are only 11 little, tiny but clean rooms, maybe the smallest ones I've seen when visiting Paris for the past 20 years! The rooms don't suite to a shopp-a-holic as... more
