The Williams Opera is located in a quiet neighborhood with a very convenient location to shops, restaurants and the Cadet Metro stop. The staff is very helpful and courteous and the breakfast is simple but satisfying. The rooms are clean and the showers are "hot". It was a delightful inexpensive place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I will be staying there again when I return to Paris in a few months. It was quite a find!
