Excellent!! The front desk staff (there were 3 of them of different shifts) were polite and really made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance to Gare du Nord that catching Eurostar home to London was so easy peasy. Also with the Metro, travelling in Paris is a bliss :) more

Very budget. Small rooms with a tiny bathroom. The shower nozzle kept falling down and the basin sink plug was stuck so I couldn't drain the basin. The staff were incredibly rude the entire time. i paid $80 USD per night for a 3-night stay in december 2008. the hotels.com price did not include breakfast. location is not the most ideal. it's far from the center and even by metro there is many stops along the way. the nearest metro station is Gare d l'est or Gare du nord. they are equidistant to the hotel.... more
