Hotel Mistral, Paris. Highly recommended budget hotel. The Hotel Mistral, at 24, rue Cels 75014 Paris, France, is on a quiet(ish) street in the Montparnasse area, easily accessible by Metro (Gaite station), or by the Air France bus.
