This is a great place to stay in an excellent location. My husband and I stayed in the small room and one of the big ones and we loved them both. The flat is lovely and the place is amazingly clean. It is a bit noisy... but I think that's typical of that kind of building and it didnt really... more

I can very much recommend A Room In Paris. We stayed in two different rooms in the beautiful apartment and I loved both of them. Very romantic and very Parisian! Everything was super fresh/clean. "A room in Paris" has moved and is no more on rue parrot, now close to gare du nord. fantastic location, 3 mins from metro. three rooms, the smallest one not very nice, extremely small, one other next to the kitchen where the owner seemed to make a habit of banging things all the time, making it hard to sleep.... more

First of all, the location was very good, near the Gare du Nord, just 5 mins walk from the station. The place has been done up beautifully with personal touches everywhere including the bathrooms. We got a maroon themed room. It was very pretty and clean. The bathrooms especially need a mention. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The house is 5 mins walking distance from Gare du Nord. The breakfast was ordinary but sufficient. more

This is a beautifully, newly renovated Haussmannienne flat. The rooms are large and airy with their high ceilings and lots of natural light. Decor is very tasteful: the artwork, furniture, linens and lighting. Super comfy beds, too. Peet and Thierry are very helpful and accommodating, not to mention the place smelled wonderful walking into Peet's homemade jams simmering ! more
