The only reason that we stayed here was because we were taking the Eurostar from Gare du Nord. You can walk two blocks from the station to the hotel. We stayed two nights at this hotel in December. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and decent. However, the building was old: the walls were paper-thin and the floors were squeaky. You can vividly hear people talking or walking in the next room or in the hallway. Great budget hotel, 3 minutes from Eurostar terminal. Nothing fantastic, nothing fantastic expected. Don’t forget, this hotel is cheaper then a British BnB, and your in Paris! Don't look for comfort here. The hotel satisfied our needs: near the Gare du Nord train station and Montmarte. But, bed was not so comfortable and you could hear through the walls. The room was bigger than i expected with a tiny bathroom, double bed, tv, and a small balcony.
