The Five Hotel is in the 5th Arrondissement of Pars – the Latin Quarter. Unfortunately what they don’t tell you is that it at the furthest edge from the centre of Paris and quite a walk to get to anywhere you might want to visit. However its around 20 minute walk to Pantheon. There is a metro station nearby. Apart... more

due to the fact I could not swing her in the room. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is partically part of the room. The Hotel is located on a street unheard of by the locals. The directions on the hotel page should read "Turn left when you exit Port Royal train station - Go past the hospital and... more

We loved our stay at The Five Hotel. If you go into it accepting the fact that Paris hotel rooms are traditionally very small - especially if you are used to American hotel rooms - then you gain the ability to look past the size of the rooms and recognize all of the things the Five has to offer. The... more

I stayed at this hotel in the middle of September 09. It seemed to be a good time of the year to visit Paris. Nice weather. It was at the tail end of the tourist season, so it wasn't as crowed. This hotel was perfect for me. Friendly staff, nice quiet room and a large enough bed to hold my... more

A stay in this hotel is a treat for all your 5 senses. The rooms are intimate (yes they are small but they have so much ambience and all the facilities you need) & so sensual with decor that surprises and delights. The staff are genuinely warm and helpful - We have stayed at the Five Hotel twice now and... more

A small, intimate yet trending feeling hotel, with a very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are small, as are most hotel rooms in Paris, but still comfortable. You wouldn't be happy there if you spend a lot of time in your room, but then again, why would you be in Paris if you are sitting in your room the... more

After visiting the Rock en Seine music festival, and spending 3 days in a very dusty tent, anything would have done, but the free upgrade, disco shower, petal covered bed and good location made this hotel even better! Very funky, very cool but not condescending, even when you arrived covered in dust carrying a backpack and a tent! Small rooms,... more

My sister and I stayed at the Five Hotel in the Superior Glimmering for 5 nights. It was fantastic! The atmosphere was great: the amazing scents in both the lobby and the room; the lovely and unique room and bathroom; the helpful, sweet and friendly staff... We loved the location; since it wasn't our first time in Paris we wanted... more

We booked a short stay at the 5 Hotel and could not fault it! Although it is a fair stomp away from the main sights of Paris it is well served by the Metro. The room was compact but was fine for us - the bed was very comfortable and the lighting made it feel like we were sleeping underneath... more

The staff was clearly selected with a great deal of care - everyone is so friendly, inviting, and helpful. When we returned to the hotel one evening, we were asked what we did that day and how we enjoyed it - and then offered great suggestions on what to do the next day. Where else do they take such an... more
