The hotel is in sorrounded by dumpsters, homless people piles of junk (including areas with rats). The hotel personnel is useless and mainly stressed out (they cannot even set up a wake up call for you). I stayed for 10 days and eventhough it was a room for 4 people, I only got 1 roll of toilet paper, two very small shampoo bottles, a bar of soap and 4 towels (which we have to wash ourselves by the way!). Our safety box did not work. Front desk rarely answers the phone. Every time we needed something we have to go to the front desk and wait in line for a long time. Our card keys rarely wroked (so we had to stop by the front desk almost every day to get new ones). The hotel should inform people of these limitations before booking. I found it extrmelly expensive for the location and service. Had this hotel benn in the US, I would have left the next day and ask for a refund.
