Never again. After this experience I will never stay at an EtapIibis hotel EVER again. I don't like hotels in general but I would recommend doing the footwork to find a family run hotel rather than these McDonald chains. more

The ETAP Porte de Bercy is a good hotel. Staff is friendly altough most of them only speak french. Next door is the Bercy 2 shopping mall with a huge carrefour-supermarket. I stayed 5 nights at the Etap Hotel Paris Porte de Bercy. The hotel was clean, the staff was pretty friendly. But not all of them were able to speak English.
