This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There were huge 'brown' stains on the carpet. There was mold in the 'so called' shower capsule. There was no 'real' bathroom. I stayed with my sister and a friend in this hotel, close to the city center of Paris. You can get with the car (the boulevard périperique lies just outside the hotel) and with public transport, which I recommend the yellow metro A from Saint-Mandé.
