I wanted to feel that I was in Paris and not any other town so I wanted a hotel with "a feeling" - a soul. And I was not disappointed.. The hotel was just what I had in mind.. But that also means that it wasn't perfect in every detail... One could ask for more hangers - both for clothes... more

We just needed a hotel for one night and I chose this one for its rates and the fact is loans bikes to its occupants! (only to be used in daylight of course). I particularly liked its reception center (front entry room) as kitschy but is could use better lighting (see photos). It is relatively near the Canal St. Martin... more
