“Versailles weekend”

We spent a long weekend at Versailles and found this hotel both practical and pleasant. The price was reasonable for a 3 star hotel andwas very well renovated. The standard of the room was high, modern and extremely clean, although small. Breakfast was varied and the staff on duty both at reception and the breakfast room were friendly and efficient.... Stayed there as part of a coach tour, had read some reviews which rang alarm bells but ......considering what we paid it was good value for money. Clean room, clean sheets and towels in the room. They did need more staff on duty for breakfast, but the waitress we had was very helpful. Asked for non-smoking room but did not... More

This hotel was a great surprise. We were slightly worried when we arrived and saw the rating sign outside the hotel had only 2 stars.
